Dr. Joitescu is a movement specialist, and a Calgary-based Chiropractor. His mission is to provide people with knowledge about the human body and the ability to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. Dr. Joitescu lives and strives to promote happier and healthier lifestyles for individuals.

He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport. Additionally, he continues to complete 24 hours of continuing education each year, as required by the requirements set forth by the College of Chiropractors of Alberta.

Dr. Joitescu attended multiple seminars in Atlanta, Davenport, and California USA to refine his extremity and Gonstead adjusting methods. Through explaining the biomechanical movement of the spine in relation to space, he helps build an interpersonal relationship with his patients, making the adjustments in Chiropractic therapy less invasive for them. His adjustment essentially puts the brainstem and spinal cord into a state of deep relaxation, enabling the spinal cord meningeal system to float inside the neural canal.

My love for chiropractic care has grown as a result of years of introspection. Upon reflection, I have played hockey and soccer for almost my whole life. However, I had to stop playing hockey at the university since I had torn my ATFL while I was an undergraduate. Years later, after learning about the all-encompassing approach to chiropractic therapy, I was able to let my body heal itself and avoid the need for a second surgery after my initial sports injury.

In addition to giving our patients the best care possible, I’m excited to serve the holistic community in Calgary. Through my travels, I have explored many chiropractic techniques throughout the years, including Palmer Package, Syntropy, MLS, GMI, Motion Palpation, and other tonal modalities. My goal is to inspire people in our community by using the knowledge that The Fountain Head of Chiropractic has given me.
